- All discs/videos work perfectly (unless otherwise stated at time of rental). If while in your possession one or more movies become lost or damaged; replacements, of either equal or greater value depending on current availability will be purchased by you.

- A word of caution for certain discs: dual-sided are more prone to scratches versus standard dvds, also, rent collections at your own risk (dvds bought through eBay are dvd-r discs and are not available in stores) replacements may be quite difficult to find not to mention costly.

- Standard due date of rented movies is ten days after their leaving the collection. For each additional movie rented simultaneously will result in one less rental day. ie: two movies - nine days, three movies - eight days, and so on. Unless otherwise stated by me at the time of the rental.
